3 hours - $110 (includes all ingredients, food and drinks)
All our recipes are delicious and trendy and go from street food to molecular gastronomy, with each week being a different theme. First the Chef will demonstrate the recipes focusing specially on techniques. We supply students with recipes and encourage them to ask questions during this time. We want everyone to be able to go home and replicate all the recipes perfectly! After the demo, students pair up at their own cooking stations where they get to practice the recipes they have just learned. The Chef supervises and checks on everyone's progress, ensuring safety at all times. Before the end of class, we enjoy the food we cooked along with some drinks, and use this time to talk and Q&A. There are always leftovers to bring home to share with family and friends.
Current Pop Up Location: Saturdays in Bondi
Venue: We have fully functional cooking workstations set up on the grassy area shaded by gazebos.
Cancellations: There is a 72 hour cancellation policy on classes.

Attendees should plan to arrive 10 minutes before the class starts.
