We use only local organic produce and pastured meats, helping to connect our local community directly to the farmer, for a true farm-to-table, pasture-to-plate culinary experience.
We believe that everyone should be able to cook and enjoy gourmet meals at home. We are available for private birthday and hens parties, and corporate team building classes. We also do private chef dinners and small event catering at your home, office or private venue. We customise cooking themes to your tastes with exciting menu ideas from around the world, including Mexican, Southeast Asian, Moroccan, French, Italian, vegetarian and much more. We travel from Sydney to Hunter Valley to Newcastle for classes.
